I approach my business like I approach my everyday life.

Growing food that you would want to put on your own table, free from pesticides and other unnatural products. Then taking those homegrown products and turning them into delicious creations that you would love to give to your friends and family, which is what I have been doing for over a decade.  

Gardening is my passion that has enabled me to help create the products that I offer to my friends and customers. Using my freshly grown peppers, tomatoes, garlic and other vegetables has allowed me to ensure the quality of my Emporium creations.  

I have been crafting recipes and honing them over the years to find just the right amount of heat, the best textures and the right flavor profiles, so they can be enjoyed by just about everyone!

I never cut corners or use fake ingredients. I try to use organically grown and locally sourced products whenever possible, for all of my recipes.
